Background

AFRICAN LABOUR SOLUTIONS - ALS is a leading HR services provider. We are seeking to fill the position of Production Manager.

Responsibilities

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. This includes managing production schedules, supervising staff, and implementing quality control measures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications and advanced degrees are an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of wood product manufacturing processes, including machinery, assembly, finishing, and packaging.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and policies.
