Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to achieve targets safely and efficiently.
- Ensure GMP compliance, line clearance, and adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.
- Monitor production output, product quality, and equipment utilization.
- Lead, coach, and motivate production personnel.
- Ensure accurate completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and production documentation.
- Drive batch reconciliation, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a safe working environment and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related health science field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in tablet manufacturing or formulation and process development.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
