Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production activities to achieve targets safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure GMP compliance, line clearance, and adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.
  • Monitor production output, product quality, and equipment utilization.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate production personnel.
  • Ensure accurate completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and production documentation.
  • Drive batch reconciliation, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a safe working environment and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related health science field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in tablet manufacturing or formulation and process development.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
