JOB DETAILS:

Background

Saif Real Estate is one of the leading property developers in the Real Estate industry with two successfully sold out projects and one current project in Kilimani.

The Role

Daily operations, maintenance, service providers, resident relations and service charge management.

Key Duties

• Oversee cleaning security, lifts, water, power and waste.
• Planned and emergency repairs Supervise staff and contractors.
• Handle resident and owner queries
• Budget, collect service charges, monthly reports
• Enforce house rules, health, safety and fire compliance
• Raise defects with the developer

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related field
• 2-5 years' experience managing residential apartments.
• Professional body membership is an added advantage.
