Role Overview & Scope

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee quality control standards, ensure regulatory compliance with quality management systems (QMS), and lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management Systems: Maintain and enforce GMP, GHP, GLP, and ISO quality management standards across plant processes.
• Corrective Actions (CAPA): Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions for production defects.
• Team Supervision: Supervise quality control inspectors and technicians to maintain product compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead operational quality audits and support plant-wide continuous improvement projects.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Chemistry, Quality Assurance, or a related scientific/technical field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of QA experience within a manufacturing setup.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership capability.
• Technical Standards: Working knowledge of GMP, GHP, GLP, ISO standards, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Industry Experience: Background within paper, flexible packaging, printing, or packaging manufacturing is an added advantage.
