Job Description
Tatu is a project of Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer with over 30,000 acres of visionary projects in the growth trajectories of large cities in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo. Description
The BPO Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for our call center operations. The role holder will create a robust pipeline in anticipation of the call-center operations demand and will adopt a proactive approach to recruitment, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet our business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attract, hire, and retain top-tier call center agents in alignment with the operational strategy.
- Plan and manage the call center workforce, including the creation and maintenance of a robust talent pipeline to meet anticipated demand.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and strategic partnerships to attract and recruit agents.
- Support Project Lead in coordinating interviews with candidates and key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Facilitate risk assessment checks including candidate references.
- Manage the recruitment process using the ATS, ensuring visibility of candidates and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout various recruitment stages.
- Proactively manage candidates and the feedback process to ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires seamlessly integrate with the teams.
- Leverage the interview process to identify future learning and development opportunities aligned with call center operations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a business-related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in high volume recruiting, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Highly adaptable and flexible to accomodate working within Pacific Time Zone when required.
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
