Resourcing Specialist
PURPOSE:
- Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, the role holder will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various functions within the organization. They will play a key role in executing high-volume hiring campaigns and maintaining a seamless candidate experience, leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Resourcing Manager to understand workforce plans and hiring needs across departments.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Execute large-scale recruitment drives and high-volume hiring initiatives within defined timelines.
- Proactively source candidates using online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, databases).
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS to ensure timely communication and data integrity.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to schedule interviews and facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring metrics and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, recruitment best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
- Any other related tasks as they may be assigned from time to time.

Academic and Professional Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional Qualifications
- Professional certification – Progress in attaining CHRP.
Experience Required:
- Relevant experience Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Proven experience in large-scale recruitment and high-volume hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with Jazz HR is a plus.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
