Looking for a real estate job in Kenya? Knight Frank is hiring a retail property manager in Nairobi. They are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering excellence, driving performance, and creating outstanding experiences for clients and tenants.
Responsibilities or duties
- Professionally Manage a Property in line with Knight Frank standards
- Undertaking Fixed and CPI reviews on tenancies
- Ensure High Standard in Property Maintenance.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, oversee financial performance and prepare management reports.
- Manage debt collection and optimize income recovery.
- Oversee lease administration, renewals, and tenant relations.
- Drive tenant satisfaction and support initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications or requirements
- Relevant university degree preferably in Real Estate.
- 7+ years plus experience.
- Current Real Estate license.
- Experience in a busy Retail Centre Management position.
- Appropriate supervisory and team management experience.
- Ability to forecast needs of Retail Centre and knowledge of building management.
- Proven time management skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Communication skills.
- Financial management and basic accounting skills.
- Computing skills – including MS Excel, MS Word, and (desirable) project management software.
