Proto Energy is seeking a SAP Analytics & Support Assistant to join their team in Nairobi.

Job Role Metrics

• Accuracy & reliability of dashboards and reports produced.
• Timeliness of delivering dashboards and analytical outputs based on requirements.
• User adoption rates of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Feedback scores from business users regarding quality and usefulness of insights.
• Frequency and consistency of data refresh cycles for analytics assets.
• Number of improvements/enhancements made to existing dashboards and models.
• Master data accuracy, completeness, and reduction of data errors.
• Resolution time for minor SAP issues.
• User satisfaction rating for support received.
• Accuracy of support documentation and training materials.
• Contribution to process improvements within analytics and support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in analytics, dashboards, reporting or SAP support

• Foundational understanding of SAP analytics tools such as SAP BO, SAP BW, SAP HANA modelling, Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Basic knowledge of SAP modules and system navigation
• Understanding of data integration, data cleansing and data modelling principles
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights through reporting and visualization
• Understanding of SAP processes and data structures
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work extended hours if required
• Excellent planning, organizational and documentation skills
