JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Store Sales & Customer Support:
   • Assist clients with yarn and crochet product selection.
   • Provide expert advice and recommendations.
2. Online Order Fulfillment:
   • Process online orders efficiently.
   • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery coordination.
3. Customer Engagement:
   • Handle inquiries via phone, social media, and in-store.
   • Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in retail sales/customer service.
• Friendly, approachable, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge of crochet or knitting (brand-relevant skill).
