We’re hiring for a sales associate position to help grow and provide personalized shopping experiences, drive sales, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment. Job Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending tailored styling solutions.
• - Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement.
• - Maintain in-depth knowledge of current men’s fashion trends, product collections, and brand ethos.
• - Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s aesthetic standards.
• - Process transactions accurately and manage inventory, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
• - Build long-term client relationships through follow-ups and personalized communication.
• - Collaborate with the team to execute promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
• Qualifications
• - Excellent communicator
• - Sales experience preferred
• - Passion for Men’s fashion and styling
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• - Reliable, punctual, neat, and organized - Social media management is an added advantage
