Sales Executive (Fertilizers) – Central & Eastern Region at Summit Recruitment and Search

The ideal candidate will lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, involving strategic planning, relationship management, and direct sales activities to grow market share and drive business growth. The successful candidate must have proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target potential customers in the agricultural sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage established relationships to drive sales and expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
