We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to be part of a forward-thinking real estate company making a real impact in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive outreach and follow-ups
  • Present property listings to clients and guide them through viewings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate and close property deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
