Sales & Marketing Executive

  • Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join a forward-thinking team delivering specialized software solutions to SACCOs, MFIs, and banks.
  • This is more than just a sales job it’s a chance to drive real digital transformation in the financial sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the financial sector
  • Selling innovative products like core banking systems, mobile payment integrations (e.g., M-Pesa, USSD), bulk SMS platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and custom automation tools
  • Understanding client pain points and tailoring solutions that truly make a difference
  • Presenting solutions in a compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Nurturing strong client relationships for long-term business growth
  • Working collaboratively with product and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
  • Using CRM tools to track leads, proposals, and progress
  • Staying ahead of market trends and achieving set sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the financial technology or software industry
  • Familiarity with the operational challenges of SACCOs, MFIs, and banks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in results-oriented environments
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Monthly Salary: KES 60,000
