JOB DETAILS:

We are currently looking for: Sales & Marketing Expert Requirements - Working as part of a team - Motivated to take risks - Self-starter with ability to drive sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote safari packages and tailor-made travel experiences.
• - Build and nurture relationships with international travel agencies, tour operators, and direct clients.
• - Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, to increase brand visibility.
• - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the African tourism sector. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s annual revenue goals.
• - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
• - Represent Fika Africa Safaris at global travel expos, trade shows, and networking events

Additional Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.

- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads).

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
