We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales representatives to join our growing team in the apparel and accessories sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, skilled at building client relationships, and driven to exceed targets by promoting our unique product line. This role involves both B2B and B2C sales, offering opportunities to work across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by selling socks through retail and wholesale channels.
- Identify, contact, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand and articulate the sock manufacturing process (knitting, finishing, etc.) to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to uncover new sales opportunities locally and internationally.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to management.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the company at sales meetings, trade shows, events, and training sessions to stay current on market developments.
- Research and qualify potential leads, turning prospects into long-term customers.
- Manage and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing within garment manufacturing or retail (sock experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must own a smartphone for communication and reporting.
