    This role is also open to individual contributors and those who have management experience.You have an owner mentality. You will complement our sales team and be hands-on. You are a great listener and coach, and a warm knowledgeable voice, for customers and team members. You have high emotional intelligence and are able to hear what isn’t said. You are process oriented and organized. Our customers will have full confidence in you and us through your interactions with them. Our customers will feel taken care of when interacting with you. You will always go the extra mile and do what it takes to ensure that Senga understands our customers’ needs, and that we succeed. You are flexible and build productive, trustworthy relationships with our team and our customers. You are an autodidact; product, market and environmental
    knowledge are key for this role, and not all of these can be directly imparted by the executive team. You have:
    • Experience helping or leading a start-up into growth-phase sales; we want you to help our scaling efforts
    • Excellent communication ability, including when under pressure or in a crisis
    • A record of outperformance in previous roles; this is non-negotiable
    • An ability to train and nurture team members to bring the best out of them 
    • Experience building and/or running a sales team, including sales planning, territory design and mapping, quota and compensation setting, hiring, and headcount planning is preferred but not required
    • A strong drive to succeed, and hold yourself and others to high standards
    • Infallible ethics and integrity
    • Experience selling services and/or software
    • 4+ years of experience in a senior sales role, interacting with senior leaders
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Experience in the logistics, retail, supply chain, or technology (software) industries
    • Experience in selling to SMEs & Enterprise clients
    • Experience in building, managing, coaching and mentoring sales teams
    • Verifiable exceptional achievement of sales goals
    • Experience in creating a repeatable and scalable sales process
    • Sales metrics analysis experience
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Strategic and hands-on attitude
    • Ability to experiment and iterate quickly
    • Technologically savvy
    • A scientific approach to sales
