JOB DETAILS:
Ideal for a results-driven sales leader with proven logbook/Asset financing experience who thrives in competitive, target-oriented environments.
What you'll do:
- Achieve personal and team sales targets consistently
- Acquire and manage logbook loan customers
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives
- Track performance, prepare reports, and refine sales strategies
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in Logbook Loans sales & Asset Financing.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills.
- A pipeline of at least 10 active agents.
