JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are an integrated security solutions provider, offering value - creating security solutions to our customers in the East African Region for over two decades since inception.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel
- Ensure proper deployment and site coverage
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Enforce SOPs, discipline and security standards
- Train and guide guards on site
- Manage off-duty and leave schedules
- Liaise with clients on operational matters
- Prepare weekly and monthly supervision reports
Qualifications
Diploma in Security/Business Management or related field
Experience
Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience
Skills
Computer literate.
Strong leadership & communication skills
