Background

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join a team working on data centers and other mission-critical industrial facilities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years of electrical design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
• Experience with medium- and low-voltage power distribution
• Experience with industrial facilities and campus power systems
• Knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC)
• Experience using Revit/BIM
• Strong leadership and client communication skills

Preferred

• Data center design experience (3+ years)
• AI factory or mission-critical facility experience
• Greenfield project experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for data centers and industrial facilities
• Develop MV/LV power distribution, UPS, generators, grounding, lighting, and communication systems
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and construction documents
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Ensure quality and NEC compliance
• Support construction activities and collaborate with clients and contractors
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Lead and mentor junior engineers
