JOB DETAILS:

Hello HR Professionals,

We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Officer to join our team in Nairobi.

This is a standalone HR role responsible for managing the full HR function in a growing SME, including:

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• HR operations & employee records management
• Performance management & KPI support
• Employee relations & conflict resolution
• HR compliance (Kenyan labour laws: PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, etc.)
• HR policies, training & HR strategy support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years’ HR experience (including 2–3 years in a senior/standalone role)
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
• Experience in SME or fast-paced environments
• CHRP or Higher Diploma in IHRM is an added advantage

We are looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and execution-driven.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
