We are seeking an energetic and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in representing Mombo Sacco's brand online, engaging with our community, and crafting strategies to drive brand awareness and growth. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating compelling content and a strong passion for digital marketing, backed by sharp communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all of Mombo Sacco’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Respond promptly and professionally to queries from our online community.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of digital marketing practices.
• Plan, promote, and participate in sales and educational events, utilizing social media to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to improve engagement and reach.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media platforms.
