JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
To manage the inventory and supplies of the ranch, ensuring par levels are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving: Receive deliveries, check quality and quantity against purchase orders.
Issuing: Issue supplies (food, beverages, cleaning materials) to departments upon requisition.
Records: Maintain accurate Bin Cards and Stock Ledgers (manual or system-based).
Stock Takes: Conduct regular physical stock counts and identify discrepancies.
Storage: Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, hygiene, organization) to prevent spoilage/theft.
Qualifications:
KCSE Certificate; Diploma in Stores Management is an advantage. 2+ years experience in a similar role.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: high school
