Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up on prospective students.
- Provide career guidance and recommend suitable training programmes.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students.
- Guide applicants through the admissions and registration process.
- Maintain accurate student records in Zoho CRM.
- Achieve monthly student enrolment targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions journey.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education or a related field.
- Experience in sales, admissions, customer service or student recruitment is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho will be an added advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
