Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising service staff, and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise waiters, waitresses, and hostesses.
  • Ensure efficient and professional customer service.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate table reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings.
  • Assist in staff training and development.
  • Prepare daily service reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Relevant supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
