About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Swahili Chef with a passion for authentic coastal cuisine. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality traditional dishes while maintaining consistency, food safety, and exceptional presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Swahili dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
• Monitor food quality, stock levels, and ingredient usage.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Qualifications and Requirements
