Job Purpose

The Talent Lead will be responsible for driving the end-to-end talent agenda: identifying, developing, and mobilizing talent to meet current and future business needs. This role partners with leaders to build strong pipelines, embed inclusive talent practices, and deliver measurable impact through data, technology, and strategic talent rituals.

Key Responsibilities

Health and Safety

  • Uphold the company code of conduct, policies, and procedures, ensuring integrity and accountability
  • Adhere to safety, health, and wellbeing policies in all actions and decisions
  • Champion and embed Health, Safety, and Wellbeing principles into all talent initiatives

Talent Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute forward-looking talent strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Lead design and implementation of talent identification frameworks
  • Drive targeted development plans for high-potential talent and critical roles
  • Own succession planning process for leadership and business-critical roles

Talent Development and Mobility

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs
  • Enable internal mobility through career pathways and cross-functional movement
  • Champion talent visibility and growth opportunities across the business
  • Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders on talent development

Data and Technology

  • Leverage talent data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide actionable dashboards and reports to senior leadership
  • Integrate digital tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies to modernize talent practices

Talent Processes and Inclusion

  • Lead talent rituals (reviews, calibration sessions, succession planning)
  • Embed inclusive practices across all talent processes
  • Monitor and drive progress on representation and equity
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent matters

  • Experience in coaching and building line manager capability
