Telesales Team Lead - Nakuru Nakuru (On-site) • Full-time Job Description Lead and motivate a high-performing telesales squad in Nakuru by coaching agents, driving daily performance, and translating insights into action. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily telesales operations and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Coach and train agents to improve pitch delivery, objection handling, and closing skills. Monitor calls, review dashboards, and provide timely performance feedback. Prepare sales reports and actionable performance insights for management. Foster a positive, high-energy team culture centered on results and customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (diploma with strong experience considered). 3-5 years of telesales experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Proven success in outbound or international telesales with deep understanding of customer engagement and conversion strategies. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent, clear, and persuasive in English. Data-driven mindset that embraces KPI tracking, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments. Proficient in CRM systems, call center tools, and performance monitoring platforms. Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Based in Nakuru and available to work on-site managing day-to-day operations. Experience 3-5 years of telesales experience with 1-2 years leading teams; strong track record in outbound or international campaigns.
