Job Summary:

A leading Tours & Travel company is seeking energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Tours and Travel Agents to join our team. The successful candidates will assist clients with travel arrangements, provide excellent customer service, and promote travel packages. No special skills are required – training will be provided.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with travel bookings, itineraries, and reservations.

• Provide excellent customer service and travel advice.
• Promote and sell travel packages and services.
• Attend trainings as scheduled.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings.

Requirements:

• Be 18 years and above.
• Good communication skills.
• Attend trainings as scheduled.
• Be within Nairobi and its environs.
• Ability to work under little supervision.
• No special skills needed – training will be offered.

Work Hours: 8
