Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement projects in the assigned area, ensuring understanding of Tupande Asili's objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, including community leaders, government officials, and partner organizations.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities for growth and development in the assigned area.
  • Manage and track project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely expenditure.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the local context, including cultural nuances and community dynamics.
  • Ability to travel frequently to remote areas, often with limited amenities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related field
