Job Description

The Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a welcoming dining experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Process bills and payments accurately where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
