JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
The Waiter/Waitress will provide professional food and beverage service while ensuring guests receive friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and present menus.
- Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and clear tables.
- Handle bills and payments where required.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality is an advantage.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
