WAITRESS / BARISTA

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests warmly and provide menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve in a timely manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, neat and well-served.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly.
• Work closely with kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and hot/cold beverages as a barista.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field.
• Barista training/certification is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years' experience as a waitress and barista in a hotel, cafe or restaurant.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Neat, presentable and hardworking.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
