Background

Our Client is an educational Movement for young people, which provides non-formal education that complements the core-curriculum offered in our educational institutions. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Officer to join our team and lead the efficient and effective management of our stores operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily stores operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Supervise and lead stores staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with policies.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Liaise with procurement, and Scouts Shops to align supply chain activities.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or a related role.
  • Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
