JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and referral networks.
• Organize and coordinate wellness programs, medical camps, and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, clients, and doctors.
• Monitor and analyse market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage branding and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Prepare periodic reports on individual performance and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to initiate and maintain corporate partnerships and marketing campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
