Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong imagination and the ability to think outside the box to develop original, impactful ideas. Agency experience is considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and compelling visual concepts and designs.
• Lead design projects from conception to final execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality design across all platforms.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and originality.
• Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative design solutions.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
