JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen programme monitoring and evaluation systems.
- Support local partner organizations in programme implementation.
- Ensure donor compliance and prepare timely, accurate reports.
- Facilitate communication and networking with stakeholders.
- Contribute to programme planning and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Law, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage).
- 5+ years’ NGO experience with solid knowledge of child rights programming.
- Strong skills in programme management, monitoring, reporting, and donor compliance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and networking abilities.
Work Hours: 8
