Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen programme monitoring and evaluation systems.
  • Support local partner organizations in programme implementation.
  • Ensure donor compliance and prepare timely, accurate reports.
  • Facilitate communication and networking with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to programme planning and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Law, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage).
  • 5+ years’ NGO experience with solid knowledge of child rights programming.
  • Strong skills in programme management, monitoring, reporting, and donor compliance.
