A. Invitation For Application For Vacant Positions In The Board of Directors Of Kirinyaga Water And Sanitation Company Limited

Kirinyaga Water and Sanitation Company Limited (KIRIWASCO) is a company registered by guarantee under the companies Act 2015 and an agent of County Government of Kirinyaga. It is responsible for efficient and economical provision of Water and Sanitation Services in Kirinyaga as per the water Act 2016.

The company seeks to fill the vacant positions for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors comprises of representatives of Stakeholders identified by the company in accordance with the Water Sector Corporate Governance Guideline issued by the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB). The company has two (2) board vacancies for representatives of the following stakeholders;
1. One (1) director representing Women's Organizations.
2 One (1) director representing Special Interest Group.
