Requirements for Appointment-:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution
  • Registered Member of the relevant professional body (IHRM) in good standing.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities -:

  • Implement human resource policies, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system
  • Facilitate orientation and induction of new employees
  • Identify staff training needs and coordinating training programs
  • Maintain training and development records
  • Handle employee welfare matters including leave and medical schemes
  • Assist in managing employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Support implementation of performance management systems
  • Monitor staff performance and compiling appraisal reports
  • Prepare HR statistical reports and workforce data
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Advise departments on HR matters and procedures
  • Participate in the development and review of HR policies and manuals
  • Manage confidential HR records in accordance with data protection regulation.
  • Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
