Job Descriptions
• Coordinates the planning, development and monitoring of organization’s strategic plans and policies
• Ensures all the departments have departmental work-plans and performance contracts and monitor implementation;
• Leads in monitoring implementation of projects and programs to ensure effective implementation and suggest corrective action;
• Coordinates the performance contracting process, guidelines and procedures;
• Monitors implementation of the organization’s flagship projects geared towards realization of Vision 2030, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and other national strategies and compile regular reports

Person Descriptions
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Public Policy/Administration, Strategic Management, relevant science field or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with
• Post graduate Diploma in Economics, Project Planning and Management or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• At least four (4) years relevant work experience;
• Supervisory Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks (cumulative) from a recognized Institution; Proficiency in Computer Application Skills;
