JOB DETAILS:
Responsibility

• Maintaining the good relationship with customers
  
• Informing customers the polices of company promptly and effectively
  
• Handling the complaints and other problems of wholesalers promptly and properly;
  
• Submitting periodical report to manager includes sales, weekly stock shop information report, survey report of competitive products, information of distributor, etc.
  
• Following up the orders supplied and managing the promoters
  
• Assisting the customers to improve the products display, maintain sales records, customer database, and customer relationship and develop new wholesalers.
  
• perfecting the structure of distributors developing new potential market and new distributors.
  
• Other duties arranged by manager.

Qualification

• Diploma/ degree or above , majoring in marketing or relevant is preferred;
  
• Above 3 years marketing or sales experience in FMCG sector dealing with whole sellers/Supermarkets is preferred, Must have knowledge of the market
  
• Good communication and human relation
