JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Account Managers in handling top shops and sellers.
2. Assist with shop decoration and product listing improvements.
3. Help coordinate campaigns, promotions, and marketing content.
4. Communicate with sellers and assist in resolving operational issues.
5. Prepare basic performance reports and updates.

Qualifications & Competencies:

1. Degree or ongoing studies in Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Fast learner with a keen interest in e-commerce.
5. Must have a working laptop.
