We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.

  • Manage daily cash position, petty cash, and cash flow reporting
  • Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable, invoicing, and collections
  • Prepare and file statutory returns (PAYE, VAT, NSSF, NHIF, NITA, Housing Levy)
  • Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations
  • Prepare payroll and statutory schedules
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports
  • Post transactions and maintain records in ERP systems
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and organization
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance in Kenya
