JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities

• Receipting and posting of payments.
• Settlement of insurance claims.
• Settlement of patients' invoices.
• Handing over of generated claims and bank/credit slips.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Ensuring timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Supporting audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CPA Part II.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a hospital setup.
• Knowledge of Accounting/Finance.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• High levels of integrity, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
