Role Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team in Nairobi, Kenya. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of B2B tech sales experience.

Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Zoho.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
