Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accounting or Finance.
• A masters degree in Business Administration, Finance or any other related field of study from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
• CPA-K, ACCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years' Experience in Accounting with a portion of it being in a supervisory role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Strong organization skills, with excellent attention to details and to dates
• Flexibility to adapt to change in priorities
• Good computer skills
