JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the job holder will be responsible for managing accurate client billing processes, supporting timely order processing, ensuring proper documentation of accounts receivable, posting receipts and withholding VAT, maintaining an updated cashbook tracker to support the treasury function and ensuring efficient invoicing and coordination across finance, sales, and operations teams.
Competencies Required
- Proficiency in using accounting systems
- General accounting skills
- Computer skills especially excel
- Effective communication skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- CPA qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant – Billing in a busy environment
