Position summary
To provide administrative support to the hospital, Prepare accounting reports in accordance with hospital financial and accounting regulations. Receive payment for services from clients, issue receipts and ensure accounting systems and books are well maintained

Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and maintain revenue collection, recording and banking procedures
• Supervise revenue collection, recording and banking
• Ensure project funds are utilized within the applicable financial year
• Ensure utilization of funds on planned activities are in accordance with the financial policies and other regulations.
• Develop, implement and maintain payables policies and procedures
• Maintain an updated schedule of payables
• Ensure that payments are made in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Ensure preparation of:
• Monthly Collection Report
• Monthly, quarterly and annual management and financial reports.
