About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various accounting and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Minimum of 3 - 7 years of relevant experience in accounting operations.
