We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Admin Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the school office.
  • This includes providing administrative and secretarial support to the school management, managing front office operations, and offering exceptional customer service to parents, learners, staff, and visitors.
  • The role also involves maintaining accurate student and administrative records, preparing reports, letters, minutes, and other official correspondence.
  • Coordination of meetings, appointments, and school events is crucial, as is supporting admissions, communication, and general office administration.
  • The successful candidate will also perform any other duties assigned by the school management.

Key qualifications, experience and skills required

  • To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in an administrative role within a busy school environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail are also necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other office management systems is expected, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines is also important.
