Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in day to day filing and maintenance of documents;
- Assist staff in processing requests for equipment, supplies, extension of UN IDs, transport/hotel bookings(in-coming staff/Missions);
- Prepare and regularly update spreadsheet on the cost recoveries for private telephone calls and support in cost recovery of the same and personal usage of official vehicles;
- Assist staff/front office with organizing meetings by booking venues and catering services;
- Take notes/prepare minutes during the Admin Team meetings and follow-up on action points;
- Any other duty that will enhance the skills of the intern in administration and management of the Unit
Qualifications/special skills
- Enrolment in a graduate degree programme of a recognized institution in in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field.
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent); or have graduated with a university degree.
- Completed University studies not more than a year at the time of applying
